Boxing aerobics is an amazing program, our class will teach you the basics of boxing and put you thru an intensive aerobic training.
Do I have to sparr/fight if I join ?
No absolutely not, a large percentage of our members are there to get in shape, stay in shape or to loose weight. They will never spar/fight.
What do I need to do to fight / Sparr and join the boxing team

Why is boxing such a good workout?
The boxing workout is a complete body workout that combines
aerobic and anaerobic exercise with calisthenics this complete
combination is rarely found in other sports.
This combination of training is the best way for the human
body to "find" its own natural balance and weight.
Once you are in good shape your body weight, muscle tone,
metabolism and energy levels will all change to be where they
